Let’s Relax Day Spa

They must be doing something right! Since opening its first branch in Chiang Mai in 1998, the Let's Relax Spa Chain has taken its unique spa concept to several popular holiday destinations in Thailand, namely: Pattaya, Bangkok and Phuket. And now it's Samui's turn to experience the brand whose bywords are value for money, convenient location, spotlessly clean facilities and professional service since Let's Relax Day Spa opened here in January last year.

And it really is convenient, being just a couple of hundred metres after Big C shopping mall on the ring ring as you're coming from Chaweng, with plenty of parking space. The attractive double fronted wooden building which is well set back from the road is an eye-pleasing light blue and to enter the reception means a five metre walk along a wooden path which passes through two lotus ponds. And this short journey over water takes you into another world. One of peace and tranquility away from the traffic and a land where time slows down with the only important thing being you and your total relaxation and rejuvenation.

With a total of seven foot-massage chairs, five Thai massage rooms, 11 spa suites (complete with fabulous open air bathtubs for those special floral baths) and one VIP suite, spread spaciously around the large 1,100 m² property, Let's Relax can accommodate up to 42 people at any one time and never feel crowded.

So what does it offer? Well, just about everything! There's the wide selection of packages which is expected in all quality spas, and a full range of treatments, too, including body scrubs, body-wraps, oil massages, Thai massage, reflexology, etc. And one particularly popular therapy at Let's Relax really is a 'must try' and that's the spa's signature treatment, the Aromatic Hot Stone Massage.

Using heated volcanic stones and a warm aromatherapy oil of your choice, you're massaged utilising a unique ‘East meets West‘blend of Thai and Swedish styles which helps open up your meridian energy pathways, soothing aching muscles in the process and leaving you in a state of deep relaxation. And with all that going on, no wonder it's so popular!

The spa products here have been carefully selected too, with top quality local ingredients (such as the sesame seed scrub and fresh herbal compresses) used, wherever possible, and imported items (such as mud from Israel's Dead Sea), whenever necessary, to ensure a perfect treatment every time.

In fact, Let's Relax ticks the boxes in so many categories, it's not surprising that it's already been featured in‘Lonely Planet‘. And it's surely only a matter of time before the Chain will be opening yet another successful branch in another popular holiday destination.
